All purchases are processed by Hotmart. Refund requests are handled within the guarantee period shown at checkout and in your purchase confirmation email.

To request a refund or get help with your order, email focussprout.help@outlook.com with the email address used for your purchase, or request it directly through Hotmart.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
